For Kapoor, the process of creating art ….” is a bit like psychoanalysis: you spend time in the studio, you do something good, bad or indifferent, then you watch it and allow it to propose a language.” ( interview for the Guardian, september 22, 2006). In the panel, we propose to speak about the powerful links between Anish kapoor s art and the art of psychoanalysis. We will also invite the audience to share their associations and fantasies introducing them to psychoanalytic thinking through contemporary art.
