DESCRIPTION:PSYCHOANALYTIC VIEWS 4\n“Dreams\, Fantasies\, and Fairy Tales”\n4 – 5 December 2010\, Istanbul\nBosphorus University Cultural Center\nAlbert Long Hall (South Campus) \nThis year our symposium coincides with two very significant celebrations. The year 2010 is both the birth of our study group and the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the IPA. This is why we chose “Dreams\, Fantasies and Fairy Tales in the 100th Anniversary of the IPA” as the theme of the symposium. \nFreud started his own journey in 1900\, with his “Interpretation of Dreams”. In 1931\, he wrote\, “This work includes everything I have yet to say”. Wishes are the driving force of analytical journeys.
